Shea Barron RDN
Shea (she/her) is a registered dietitian with a Bachelor's degree in Nutrition & Dietetics from San Francisco State University. She successfully completed a competitive dietetic internship at Napa State Hospital, where she refined her skills in meeting the distinct nutritional needs of diverse patient populations.
Specializing in the comprehensive nutrition care of individuals with diabetes, kidney disease, and heart disease, Shea stands as a well-rounded practitioner committed to embracing a non-diet, weight-neutral approach to nutrition. Using her vast experience, she is passionate about helping others develop their own confidence in choosing foods that make them feel their best and overcome any challenges they face with nutrition.
With a background in accounting and leadership, Shea is the perfect fit to assist in practice management duties such as insurance billing, referral coordination and operations.
Outside of her professional career, Shea enjoys spending quality time with her family, hiking, fishing, experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen, and crocheting cozy blankets.
